Steady Through the Season
A 6-week holiday accountability program with weekly personal check-ins
Keep your rhythms intact this holiday season.
Don’t write off the season
The holidays can be busy, stressful, and emotionally challenging. It’s easy to write off the whole season and plan to start over in January.
When I start working with women in January, the thing I hear most is that they want to feel in control again. But you don’t have to let go of control through the holidays in the first place. You can stay in control of this season, with intention.
Only say yes to the things you love about the season, and let go of the rest. Baking the family cookie recipe. Trekking into the woods for the perfect misfit tree. Crafts with the kids. You decide what to keep.
That’s what Steady Through the Season is for. It’s a 6-week holiday accountability program with weekly personal check-ins, to help you hold on to what supports you through a busy season. Along the way, we’ll gather what you really want for 2027.
How It Works
Personal support built around what you want to keep this season.
If you’ve ever wondered whether coaching could work for you, this is a great way to try it.
✓ 30-Minute 1:1 Intention Session
Decide what you want to keep this season and what you’re happy to let go of, so you have one clear focus to hold on to when things get busy.
✓ Weekly Prompts Every Sunday
Prompts to support you, aligned with the season, so you notice what’s really affecting your energy and walk into 2027 knowing how you want to feel.
✓ Personal Check-In Every Monday
By voice message or text, because I know you’ll set your needs aside when someone else needs something, and we can work through that together. Reply whenever, no calls to squeeze in.
✓ 1:1 2027 Intention Session
Identify the few things that, if they became true next year, would have a major impact on your life, focusing on what you can actually control.
Dates: November 15 to December 26
Early price: $149 through November 1, then $199
Enrollment closes: November 22
“She is able to keep me focused on what I’m wanting to work on without being pushy.” - Jennifer Carter
Hi, I’m Shannon,
I believe taking care of your body shouldn’t feel like a second job, and it definitely shouldn’t mean giving up the foods you actually love.
My own story started with gaining 20 pounds in 6 weeks, seemingly out of nowhere, and it would be years before I learned the real root of it all was gut health.
More recently, perimenopause has meant relearning things I thought I already knew.
Here’s what I’ve landed on through all of it: you can nourish your body and still eat delicious food. It’s about finding what actually fits your life, real food, moving a little, sleeping enough, and a little grace along the way.
I’m a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach since 2018, and I help women 40+ build simple habits without the suffering. Whatever season you’re in, I can probably help you find your version of that fit.
A few things worth knowing
Do I need to be on calls?
Only two: your 30-minute intention session at the start, and your 2027 intention session at the end. Everything in between happens on your schedule.
When is the intention session?
If you join by November 1, sessions are November 2 to 6. If you join after, sessions are November 17 to 20. Your 2027 intention session happens December 28 to January 8.
What if I have a hard week and don’t do what I set out to do?
That’s what the check-ins are for. We look at what got in the way and how to plan for it next time. If you can’t do what you planned, we find the next best thing, so it doesn’t become nothing, and how to protect that time. And if you notice you’re resisting, we get curious about whether it’s really what you want. If it is, we figure out why you’re resisting and how to move through it.
