Overcome the Overwhelm

90 days. 3-5 non-negotiables that actually stick. No more starting over

Weekly 1:1 virtual health coaching, built around your actual life.

You've had this working before. Somewhere along the way, things slipped.

Sound familiar?

You notice things you didn't before, skin touching skin on your belly or your arms, clothes that used to feel good now feeling tight

You've thought about GLP-1s, maybe watched friends or family have real success with them, and you're still weighing it, not ready to commit given the unknowns, the potential lifetime commitment, it being a drug

You want to feel strong and capable, maybe for a specific date you already have in mind: a trip, a milestone, retirement

You'd love to comfortably wear your wedding ring again

You know what you're "supposed" to do. Doing it consistently is the actual problem

Here's the good news: it's not about starting from zero, and it's not about a bigger overhaul. It's about rebuilding a foundation flexible enough to actually hold. That's exactly what Overcome the Overwhelm is built to do.

What we'll actually work on

This isn't a rigid meal plan or an all-or-nothing overhaul. Most clients and I end up working on some combination of:

  • Reducing sugar

  • Integrating more whole foods

  • Increasing movement in your everyday life, not just "workouts"

  • More meals at home, fewer eating out on autopilot

  • Meal planning and prep “your way”

  • Intentional alcohol consumption

But this is built around you, not a checklist. Whatever's actually getting in your way, we'll work with that too.

What changes

By the end of 90 days, this isn't about a number on a scale. It's about smaller, everyday things that add up to a real shift: reaching for your favorite jeans without a second thought, not spending your morning deciding what you're "allowed" to eat, having the energy to actually do the things you want to do, not just get through the day.

For a lot of women, it's the little things they didn't expect to miss, wearing a ring again, not thinking twice about what to wear to dinner, feeling like themselves in their own body again.

What's included

90 Days of Overcome the Overwhelm Coaching

Weekly 1:1 sessions built around your actual life, not a generic plan. Each session, we break things down into the first or next step toward your bigger goal, what's working and fits well, what isn't, what that particular week actually looks like for you, and we troubleshoot whatever might get in the way before it does. You leave every session with clear commitments you've made to yourself, not homework I've assigned you.

Between sessions, you have text support for accountability and questions as they come up, plus resources tailored to what you actually need, not a generic packet everyone gets.

For most clients, this starts weekly. If you already have some things in place and want support building on what's working rather than starting from scratch, we may begin every other week instead, whatever's actually right for you is something we figure out together on your Habit Audit..

What comes after…

You've probably done programs like this before. And you probably know what happens when the support stops, it all falls apart, because the routine was leaning on the accountability, not standing on its own yet.

That's why, once you've built your 3-5 non-negotiables, there's a next step available: Make It Stick, a separate 3-month program, twice a month, built specifically to help you learn to hold what you've built on your own. This isn't something you need to decide now, it's simply there if and when you're ready for it.

Hi, I’m Shannon,

Hi, I'm Shannon. I believe taking care of your body shouldn't feel like a second job, and it definitely shouldn't mean giving up the foods you actually love.

My own story started with 20 pounds in 6 weeks, seemingly out of nowhere. That got me checked out, which led to a string of diagnoses, and it would be years before I actually learned the real root of it all was gut health. I've also got a family history of chronic conditions sitting in the back of my mind. And more recently, perimenopause has meant relearning things I thought I already knew, watching what used to work for me stop working.

Here's what I've landed on through all of it: you can nourish your body and still eat delicious food. It was never actually a trade-off. This isn't about dedicating your life to it. It's about finding what actually fits yours, real food, moving a little, sleeping enough, and a little grace along the way.

That's exactly why I built this program the way I did: real support while you figure out what works. And here's one of my favorite parts of this work: clients start telling me themselves when they're ready for less. Weekly becomes every other week, then every three, then just a monthly check-in, on their timeline, not mine.

Whatever season you're in, I can probably help you find your version of that fit.

A few things worth knowing

The Habit Audit

Before anything else, we start with a free 45-minute Habit Audit, a real conversation to look at where you are right now, where you actually want to be, which area of your health habits is the best place to actually start, and whether Overcome the Overwhelm is the right fit.

If it is, I'll answer any questions you have about the program then, including what it looks like to get started.
