Steady Through the Season

A 6-week holiday accountability program with weekly personal check-ins
Keep your rhythms intact this holiday season.

Don’t write off the holidays

The holidays can be busy, stressful, and emotionally challenging. It’s easy to write off the whole season and plan to start over in January.

When I start working with women in January, the thing I hear most is that they want to feel in control again. But you don’t have to let go of control through the holidays in the first place. You can stay in control of this season, with intention.

Only say yes to the things you love about the season, and let go of the rest. Baking the family cookie recipe. Trekking into the woods for the perfect misfit tree. Crafts with the kids. You decide what to keep.

That’s what Steady Through the Season is for. It’s a 6-week holiday accountability program with weekly personal check-ins, to help you hold on to what supports you through a busy season. Along the way, we’ll gather what you really want for 2027.

How it Works

Personal support built around what you want to keep this season.

✓ 30-Minute 1:1 Intention Session
Decide what you want to keep this season and what you’re happy to let go of, so you have one clear focus to hold on to when things get busy.

✓ Weekly Prompts Every Sunday
Prompts to support you, aligned with the season, so you notice what’s really affecting your energy and walk into 2027 knowing how you want to feel.

✓ Personal Check-In Every Monday
By voice message or text, because I know you’ll set your needs aside when someone else needs something, and we can work through that together. Reply whenever, no calls to squeeze in.

✓ 1:1 2027 Intention Session
Identify the few things that, if they became true next year, would have a major impact on your life, focusing on what you can actually control..

What changes

By the end of 90 days, this isn't about a number on a scale. It's about smaller, everyday things that add up to a real shift: reaching for your favorite jeans without a second thought, not spending your morning deciding what you're "allowed" to eat, having the energy to actually do the things you want to do, not just get through the day.

For a lot of women, it's the little things they didn't expect to miss, wearing a ring again, not thinking twice about what to wear to dinner, feeling like themselves in their own body again.

What's included

Support tailored to your real life, not a generic plan.

What comes after…

You've probably done programs like this before. And you probably know what happens when the support stops, it all falls apart, because the routine was leaning on the accountability, not standing on its own yet.

That's why, once you've built your 3-5 non-negotiable habits, rhythms and routines, there's a next step available: Make It Stick, a separate 3-month program, twice a month, built specifically to help you learn to hold what you've built on your own. This isn't something you need to decide now, it's simply there if and when you're ready for it.

Hi, I’m Shannon,

I believe taking care of your body shouldn't feel like a second job, and it definitely shouldn't mean giving up the foods you actually love.

My own story started with gaining 20 pounds in 6 weeks, seemingly out of nowhere. That got my attention, which led to a string of diagnoses, and it would be years before I actually learned the real root of it all was gut health. I also have a family history of chronic conditions in the back of my mind. And more recently, perimenopause has meant relearning things I thought I already knew, watching what used to work for me stop working.

Here's what I've landed on through all of it: you can nourish your body and still eat delicious food. It was never actually a trade-off. This isn't about dedicating your life to it. It's about finding what actually fits yours, real food, moving a little, sleeping enough, and a little grace along the way.

That's exactly why I built this program the way I did: real support while you figure out what works. And here's one of my favorite parts of this work: clients start telling me themselves when they're ready for less. Weekly becomes every other week, then every three, then just a monthly check-in, on their timeline, not mine.

Whatever season you're in, I can probably help you find your version of that fit.

A few things worth knowing

The Habit Audit

Before anything else, we start with a free 45-minute Habit Audit, a real conversation to look at where you are right now, where you actually want to be, which area of your health habits is the best place to actually start, and whether Overcome the Overwhelm is the right fit.

If it is, I'll answer any questions you have about the program then, including what it looks like to get started.
